Sweepstakes Official Rules

The website and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Website") invite eligible users to:

• Participate in surveys, challenges, tasks and other activities (each, an "Offer")
• Earn virtual items called "Coins"
• Use Coins to enter raffles ("Sweepstakes") or open cases

General information about each Sweepstakes appears in promotional materials. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Open to legal U.S. residents (50 states + DC) who are:

• At least 16 years old
• Have an account in good standing

Additional restrictions:

• Minors need parental permission to enter
• Minors requiring prize documents need parent/guardian co-signature
• Employees of Sponsor and household members are ineligible

Void where prohibited. Use of Website subject to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Method 1: Coin Redemption

Earning Coins

The Website offers Opportunities ("Offers") to earn Coins with details appearing when each Offer is presented. Examples include:

• Viewing Advertisements: Earn Coins by viewing/interacting with ads
• Testing/Signing Up: Earn Coins by testing or registering with third-party services (subject to their terms)
• Surveys/Quizzes: Earn Coins by completing surveys or quizzes
• Skill-Based Games: Earn Coins through skill-based games
• Purchases: Earn Coins for purchases on third-party services (refunds may result in Coin deductions)

Coin Terms

• Awarded only for tracked activities on logged-in accounts
• No cash value and non-transferable
• Sponsor may modify Coin values, earning methods, expiration, and forfeiture policies at any time

Redeeming Coins

Use Coins to receive Sweepstakes entries and gift cards.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry

Hand-print on letter-size sheet:

• Full name
• Address
• Birth month/year
• Email
• Account ID and username

Mail to the address provided in promotional materials.

Requirements:

• One request per envelope
• First-class stamped envelope only
• Incomplete or metered mail not accepted

General Entry Notes:

• Proof of mailing ≠ proof of receipt
• Data used per Privacy Policy
• Third parties may administer Sweepstakes/Offers
• Automated entries prohibited
• Sponsor not liable for technical errors

Winners selected randomly by Sponsor. Sponsor not liable for undelivered notifications. Alternates selected if winner unreachable/ineligible. Non-compliance results in disqualification.

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor rights to use their name, social media tag, likeness, and biographical information in any media without compensation.

Prize descriptions in Promotional Materials. Actual prizes may vary. No cash alternatives. Substitute prizes of equal/greater value may be awarded. Odds depend on number of entries.

General Prize Conditions

• Prizes non-transferable
• Winners responsible for all taxes/fees
• Sponsor may withhold taxes and issue tax forms
• Winners must sign required documents by deadline
• Prizes provided "as is" without warranty

Sponsor not responsible for:

• Injury, loss, or damage from participation/prize use
• Technical failures or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, government actions)

Sponsor may modify or terminate Sweepstakes if necessary.

These Rules governed by internal laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Sponsor not liable for direct/indirect damages. Claims must be filed within 1 year of event.

The Sponsor is neither obliged to participate in consumer dispute settlement commissions nor will do so voluntarily.
